We pretreat heavily affected areas and then use professional fogging equipment to clean the air and surrounding surfaces of mold and black mold spores. Our enzyme is so effective it isn`t necessary to tear up carpet and rip down walls. Once the mold is gone, MTR94 leaves behind only a fresh scent.
