Corporate governance of Schuler Group
Schuler Group is managed by a three-person Board of Management made up of the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The company’s business activities are overseen by the Supervisory Board.

For this purpose, the company is committed to an extensive Compliance Program in order to adhere to corruption and antitrust regulations, foreign trade laws and other standards as well as group polices based on these.
