The activities of the R&D Dept. started by translating building engineering related subjects, compiling and issuing them in the form of periodical magazines and occasional technical bulletins distributed free of charge to organizations and clients.

The department later on engaged in writing and translating technical, engineering and miscellaneous books as part of its promotion scheme. These too were distributed free of charge to institutions as well as polytechnics and universities in order to share new technologies and know-how and published by themselves and sometimes doing the same for governmental institutions and ministries. The scope of the subjects of all publications is quite diversified and their titles are listed below.

It is noteworthy that some of Rah Shahr International Group`s own publications are prepared as part of a scheme that every Rah Shahr department or affiliated company* should devote between 5 to 10 percent of its net income for R&D activities. The said amount is either paid in cash to the R&D dept. to undertake its responsibilities or submitted in the form of a technical article to be published after review, edit and acceptance by the R&D dept.
