ROV Services
Lake Erie Diving has owned, operated, and invested in the development of state-of-the-art ROVs and ROV services for many applications. Operated by our experienced staff, ROV services are available for planned projects and for emergency response wherever the need arises. Lake Erie Diving realizes that some underwater projects are more safely and economically alternative to conventional manned diving operations.
ROVs have proven beneficial in performing deep inspections and leak detection at hydroelectric plants, water storage tank inspections and pipeline penetrations.
Our company-owned ROVs have various depth and distance capabilities. They have color and low light video cameras. They can be rapidly transported and easily deployed from a small vessel or from land.
In addition, sonar and still camera photos can be provided to accomplish specialized work tasks on salvage projects and in the location, documentation and recovery of hazardous materials.
