RUVI OilDiver (ultrasonic thickness measurement) tank floor robotic inspection provides a solution.
ATEX certified for operation in an explosive environment, RUVI OilDiver delivers ultrasonic thickness and corrosion mapping of tank floors according to API 653 standards.
A 360-degree sonar navigation system ensures optimal robot maneuverability and location within the tank, ensuring accurate data collection and mapping, and equipped with on-board state-of-the-art lighting and FHD cameras, provides exceptional visual inspection capability. Its high-resolution cameras capture detailed images and video, facilitating inspectors with data from which to detect anomalies and to the internal condition with unparalleled clarity and accuracy.
The system features specific in-house developed software solutions, ensuring precise localization within the tank environment, whilst enhancing navigation and positioning accuracy. Additionally, bespoke software facilitates the analysis of ultrasonic data and the provision of detailed accurate corrosion mapping.
