Apex Environmental has been providing a safe and wide range of consulting, training, and testing services throughout the Northwest since 1997. We offer expertise in Level I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) hazardous building material surveys, database management, site management, indoor air quality investigations, exposure monitoring, soils remediation and training. Apex Environmental provides a high level of service to all our clientele and prides ourselves in our project design, thorough investigations and multi-facility clientele.Our focus is to help our clients solve environmental related issues and to complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. We have experience working with a wide range of clients, including municipalities, school districts, architects, owner’s representatives, owners, contractors, and subcontractors. We have completed several large-scale projects from Phase I site assessments, asbestos surveys, hazardous materials handling, chemical exposure monitoring, indoor air quality investigations and training. Some of our clients include the City of Portland, Port of Portland, Canby School District, West Linn/Wilsonville School District, Portland Public Schools, Hoffman Construction, Multnomah County, SERA Architects and Gerding Edlen Development.
