- Customer provides 50% or more of the design specification

- NAI generates design documentation such as prints and/or BOM
- NAI manufactures a finished good
Full Service
- Customer provides less than 50% of the design specification, or identifies a problem
- NAI designs and develops a custom solution
- NAI generates design documentation
