Screen Covering Service
FUCHS Maschinen AG offers a specialized screen tensioning service, catering to both proprietary FUCHS screens and third-party screens. Equipped with a vast stock of screen fabrics, the company ensures prompt tensioning services if the desired fabric is in stock and the screen frame is available. The service includes various materials and adhesives, tailored to client specifications, including two-component adhesives or instant adhesives for FDA-quality applications. For coarse V2A fabrics, lead-free soldering is provided, with optional material certificates available upon request. For applications requiring mesh sizes over 10mm, perforated plates are used. The team is prepared to fulfill specific requests for these perforated plates. Covering sieves
We are happy to stretch your screens (whether FUCHS or third-party). We have the necessary expertise and a large stock of screen meshes. If the desired mesh is in stock and your screen frame is available, we can stretch your screen within a very short time.
