As soon as you have become a Synergi Solutions customer you will be directed to our Extranet by registering as a new user. Our Extranet is accessible through the link in the upper right corner of the web page. In this section you will get access to: FAQS, user manuals and other documentation, "did you know" section with experience transfer, news about new and upcoming version etc.
Synergi Life Support uses the Synergi Life application as the helpdesk system in order to keep track of all support related issues. This help desk is open during regular business hours – from 08.00 to 16.00 CET.

As a customer of Synergi Life you might have some of our default modules and case types. Not all customers have the same focus, needs, or work processes. Maybe you need some customisation?
