Service and Support
Service and Support are handled through our headquarters in Norway, with additional support from our worldwide agent and distributor network. Delitek products are well-known for its high quality and reliability and should normally last throughout the life of a vessel or rig. We are still committed to provide excellent product support whenever such will be necessary.
Spare parts and consumables are always available and can be purchased from Delitek directly or through our worldwide network.
For smooth and quick response, please provide the following:
- Product name or serial number
- Part number (see user manual)
- Detailed description or photo
There are no special tools, testing or commissioning required in regards to installation of Delitek equipment. All products are easily installed in accordance with the user-manual (plug & play).
