It is important that your gas detection instruments are re-calibrated on an annual basis to ensure they continue to provide you with accurate, reliable results and that they maintain their extended warranty. Our Engineers will examine your instrument thoroughly to ensure it is calibrated to the same standard as when it left the factory.

Our skilled technicians are trained to the highest standards and will ensure your gas detector is back up and running to optimal working order, and returned to you as quickly as possible.

In addition to servicing gas detection instruments here at ION Science, we have a network of Authorised Service Centres located around the globe trained and qualified to the highest standards. We ensure all of our Service Centres maintain our original manufacturers quality when carrying out full warranty and Intrinsic Safety procedures.

For service and calibration of your gas detector, your instrument can be returned to a local ION Science Authorised Service Centre in your area. If a local Service Centre isn’t located near you, your instrument can be returned to the ION Science Head Office.
