Service Contract
For our civil engineering software BBSoft / Civil design, you can always sign a service contract. The contract fee is not in our flat, but calculated according to the size of the software used and paid annually in advance. This not only has the advantage of quick and easy planning of your IT budget, but you may allow the contract fees when quoting and billing of projects to be considered. The service contract you can take out only for a certain period of several years or indefinitely with an annual option to terminate or a renewal option.By the service contract you can enjoy all the benefits such as:
- free Hotline with no waiting loop, from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 clock
- annual new software version with full documentation of all changes
- automated program online update
- free participation in our annual update workshops in Germany or Switzerland
- exclusive access to our download section
- active participation of the software
For Autodesk-Software:
You can optionally add a hotline service agreement for Autodesk products to the service contract for BBSoft / Civil Design or your Autodesk Subscription. Through a contract, you receive telephone counseling (hotline) for your Autodesk products including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map and AutoCAD Civil. The maintenance fee will be charged depending on the number of our managed software licenses, and includes a volume of inclusive minutes. Any additional hours are billed separately. The service contract you can take out only for a certain period of several years or indefinitely with an annual option to terminate or a renewal option.
