Service Levels

All services are delivered on a national basis through the supplier base of Wastebeater approved subcontractors. These services can be described as follows: Scheduled collections: Services will be provided to a pre-agreed schedule that meets the needs of the waste production at that site. Unscheduled collections: Services over and above scheduled collections at a site or where waste production is not easily predicted. All collection orders are logged onto a bespoke database with an agreed response time. This information is frequently used as part of the management information reports available to customers.
