The review mainly involves visual and functional testing that covers the following:

• Verify that the system`s equipment conforms with the specifications in the inspection book.
• Check the condition of parts and devices as regards damage, wear, corrosion and other changes
• Verify that the system is complete and functional
• Verify that markings and labels are complete and correct
• Documentation of test results in the test report, including any identified defects
• Judgment as to whether commissioning / continued operation may present a problem
• Decision as to whether a repeat test is necessary
• Affix a sticker indicating the month of the next test
• Post-test discussion

Maintenance
We also provide maintenance for your vacuum and filter systems. The maintenance covers measures to maintain the system’s usability.

• Setup / Adjustment of mechanical, electrical and optical control and switching devices, chains, slip clutch, guying
• Greasing according to relevant maintenance instructions
• Elimination of contaminants that can lower the operational safety of the system, for example contamination of the ventilator with soot, dust or other substances
• Consultation on measures to be taken
