ENQ Gold:
- Includes the silver package
- Annual visit (1 service day max. on-site) to customers location for preventative maintenance service
- 10% discount on all spare parts
ENQ Platinum:
- Includes Gold package
- One extra service visit per year to be used at customer`s discretion.
- 4 on-site service days max. total for annual service visit and extra service visit (2 service day max. each).
- Additional service days at reduced rate of $800/day
- Free replacement of service parts (excluding Enaqua spare parts outlined below)
- 15% discount on remaining spares: Ballasts, Lamps, and Fans
