Service/Repair & Maintanance

SHARE
Major maintenance/machine maintenance; In addition to designing and building machines we also take care for the maintenance and services on all different kinds of machines.

Our Approach:

  1. Reporting 1 – visual assessment for disassembly, all parts will be numbered and photos will be made of the machine.
  2. Disassembly and cleaning the machine
  3. Reporting 2 – assessment and measurement of the critical parts of the machine. Usually these are the moving parts, but we also carry out an inspection on the frame. Hereby we search for cracks and damage. If necessary we will hire a third party to perform investigative research.
  4. Merge both reports and determine price for the maintenance of the machine/parts.
  5. Report proposal with the client.
  6. Execute maintenance.
  7. Release machine with the client.

Major maintenance and revisions do we prefer in company. With our machine park and available floor space we can complete major revisions on large machines. We have heavy cranes in our production factory so that we can preform large and heavy machineries.

Maintenance and Repair
We also carry out less major repairs and maintenance jobs. Do you have a defect part please visit our workshop and we judge and advise you immediately. But we can also perform repairs at your location.

  • Replace bearings
  • Replace driving, such as sprockets, chains(wheels) etc.
  • Repaire waltz
  • Repairing cracks in frames.
  • Cracks in gietdelen. In most situations we can weld this and the cracks we will uitkotteren and verbussen.
  • Placing new bearings-buses through the shrinking technique.
  • Revision of cylinder etc.

Modernisation of older machines
Older machines often have a good base but the operating system is highly outdated, and parts are no longer available. For example, we are able to replace the old operating system by more modern system. We are able to transfer the, often applied, Siemens S5 to the Siemens S7. We can also integrate our “Remote Service” system.

We still have Siemens S5 components in house if you unexpectedly have a failure and their is no time to transfer the operating system.

Long distance failure analysis
If you connect the machine to the internet we can follow the machine remotely and perform an analysis. We can use a secure VPN connection. In most situation in the we can quickly determine the source of the interference and then we can take action immediately to replace the broken part.

We can do this on most existing machines on most anywhere in the world. The customer decides if and when access to the internal corporate network we be allowed.
