Ordering Spare Parts
Order spare parts at the same place where the system was designed, build and commissioned by. This ensures that you will never run short or order the wrong parts.
Remote Monitoring
By installing sensors and setting up a clear dashboard, we are able to offer support and prevent unpredicted downtime.
Remote Monitoring
Following the request of existing clients, JOA has always invested in providing more insights into system performance. This has resulted in the Remote Monitoring service. With this service, we are able to predict and prevent unexpected events. It can serve as a tool to optimize maintenance, ordering spare parts or raise awareness before risks resulting in downtime occurs.

Preventive Maintenance
One of the most common forms of service after installation of new extraction equipment is Preventive Maintenance. One of our engineers visits the site periodically and check if the system is still performing accordingly. Preventive maintenance can be easily aligned with Remote Monitoring.
