Dependable support saves you time and money. We firmly believe our on-going support leaves the rest standing. Once we’ve agreed on your requirements, our own team of drivers will deliver the machine direct to you, anywhere in the UK, set it up to run 100% efficiently and complete a thorough handover and full safety briefing. Health and safety is something we take very seriously and we operate to strict standards to ensure the equipment is safe and that you know how to use it.
Our Service Support Team are factory trained and fully qualified to service and maintain our hire fleet. As they work ‘in-house’, we can tailor a bespoke service and maintenance plan for you – from weekly maintenance checks through to regular reviews and servicing to ensure safety and maximise performance. By insisting on top of the range equipment and keeping everything well maintained, we do our very best to minimise the risk of downtime. However, if a problem does arise, you’ll find we’re responsive and resourceful.
We’ll have an engineer to you in a fully equipped service vehicle, the same day in most cases, or within 24 hours. They’ll carry out repairs fast to get you back up and running and maximise productivity. We carry a vast supply of spares for our machines, so we can complete repairs without delay. However, if it’s an issue that can’t be fixed quickly, we may provide emergency cover with replacement machines to ensure business continuity.
