Our skilled technicians are trained to the highest standards and will ensure your instrument is back up and running to optimal working order, and returned to you as quickly as possible.

Annual re-calibration

It is important that your instruments are re-calibrated on an annual basis to ensure they continue to provide you with accurate, reliable results and that they maintain their extended warranty. Our engineers will examine your instrument thoroughly to ensure it is calibrated to the same standard as when it left the factory.

Returning an instrument to us

In addition to servicing instruments here at Ion Science, we have a network of Authorised Service Centres located around the globe trained and qualified to the highest standards. We ensure all of our Service Centres maintain our original manufacturers quality when carrying out full warranty and Intrinsic Safety procedures.
