HORIBA FuelCon test stands are complex technical systems that work in a wide range of parameters. Optimal use of these test systems requires regular maintenance. To this end, HORIBA FuelCon offers its customers comprehensive service and support, which is implemented for you by our experienced engineers in the service department.
Your service request will be recorded directly by a service employee. You will receive a service ID under which the request will be processed further. In the case of a guarantee, further processing is carried out directly by the service department. If the test stand is already outside the warranty period, you need a service hour package or a repair offer for processing. In this case, please contact your responsible sales engineer directly.
After ordering the offer, you will receive an order confirmation and your service request will be processed further by the service. After completion of the service task, you will receive a short report on request; if necessary, changes in the documentation will be updated by our specialist departments in order to keep all documents up to date.
