The company has at present, about 10 engineers, 3 geologists 2 Surveyors and 18 technicians. Other categories of staff are recruited on “as of when needed” basis. KGSL is fully aware of Nigeria’s peculiar problem on natural phenomena. The composite staff has successfully handled various problems requiring engineering solutions in various capacities both locally and abroad. Much of the provisions at the local level had been built up from local and cheaper alternative sources of materials, which are the results of recent fundamental and advanced research works. With composite units of Engineers, Hydro geologists, Environmental Scientists and Surveyors, KGSL provides consultancy and construction services in the broad areas of civil/geo-technical, environmental engineering and surveys.
