LNAPL Recovery Events: CMI has solutions for recovery of both LNAPL and DNAPL; vac trucks, high tech truck-mounted extraction systems, CO2 injection system with recovery via dual-phase extraction, surfactant enhance recovery, and belt skimmer equipment. These technologies can be deployed for single or multiple day events.
Interim Response Actions: CMI has rental solutions for short-term remediation projects; including dual-phase extraction, soil vapor extraction, air sparge and pump & treat systems. Equipment configurations are available in trailer- and skid-mounted platforms. • Pilot Testing. CMI provides a wide range of equipment and operators for conducting pilot tests. Our equipment and experience base covers pump & treat, soil vapor extraction, air sparging, dual phase extraction, injections, saturated water injection, bioremediation, LNAPL recovery, bio-sparging and bio-venting.
System Design Assistance: CMI provides equipment design assistance to aid in selecting the appropriate components and developing a user-friendly operational platform.
System Installation: CMI’s system installation services range from delivery and initial system shakedown to complete turn-key construction of all system elements, including sub-grade piping, extraction well connections, electrical service, platform pad installation, sewer permitting and lateral connections, and crane service.
O & M Service: CMI provides full system operation and maintenance services, from mechanical service through compliance sampling. Our experience base on systems ranges from simple 1 well pump and treat units to large multi-technology systems treating millions of gallons of water and vapor.
Carbon Changeouts: CMI provides full carbon management services, from installation of liquid and vapor phase carbon absorbers to changeouts. Our CarbVac system is a highly efficient one operator unit capable of changing out up to 4,000 pounds of carbon in a single visit.
System Upgrades & Rehabilitation: CMI provides system upgrades and rehabilitates dormant systems. From simple pump replacements and basic repairs to full system rebuilds – no job is too small.
System Decommissioning: CMI provides full system decommissioning services from equipment and removal of the enclosure to removal of power and disconnecting sewer laterals.
Equipment Inventory Management: In conjunction with system decommissioning CMI provides full inventory management services.
Equipment Repair: CMI provides repair of any remediation system component; pumps, tanks, electrical components, oil water separators, air strippers, catalytic oxidizers, thermal oxidizers, and carbon vessels.
