For each project and at every stage, CYL offers a perfectly coordinated portfolio of services - including technical consulting, valves maintenance and repair, reconditioning of existing valves, spare parts, third part inspections, etc.
Technical consulting
We offer technical advice and engineering solutions adapted to our customers specific valve application and requirements.
We offer start-up service for new or rebuilt jobs on site. Our technicians will witness, advise and help at the start up of the project, if they are needed.
We modify, rebuild and update existing valves.
- We offer our customers a wide range of certificates:
- Material certificate (EN10204.3.1) and hydrostatic test certificate
- Iso 9001 certificate and conformity certificate (2.2)
- Atex certificate
- Certificate of origin
- Third party inspection (Lloyd`s Register, Bureau Veritas)
We supply a wide range of spare parts (gaskets, sealing sets for cylinders, pneumatic cylinders...) and conversion kits for existing valves.
We offer training courses at CYL facilities or at customers place to better understanding of CYL products.
We check, repair and put the valves ready for service.
We offer cost-effective transport solutions (road, air, sea), saving our customers money with storage and distribution costs.
