Servicing and Maintenance
Servicing is essential to ensure that your treatment plant is operating correctly. It will prolong its working life and prevent possible pollution incidents. We service all makes of sewage treatment plants and effluent systems (some of which are shown below) for both domestic and commercial use throughout the UK, with prices starting from as little as £89.70 (exc. VAT). We also service the full range of pumping stations.

All services are carried out in accordance with British Water and the manufacturer’s guidelines. For added peace of mind, all our engineers have completed British Water ‘Maintenance of Small Sewage Treatment Plants’ accreditation course.
Our service vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts should you need any minor repair works during the service, and we will aim to complete any small consumable repair jobs free of charge as part of the system service.
We’ll also try to arrange a desludge around the time that we service your tank, to leave your system working perfectly. We’ll always try to arrange this within 24 hours of the service.
Annual desludge and service maintenance plan
Sign up to our annual service and desludge maintenance plan and you’ll receive advance notice for when your service is due. As a member we will also prioritise your repair work, should you need any carried out. There is no extra charge for our maintenance plan, and you have the right to cancel at any time.
