Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are provided to identify any potential hazards within a property involved in a real estate transaction. Phase II Environmental Site Assessments involve sampling of those potential hazards. By identifying these hazards early in the real estate transaction, any potential environmental issues that may have otherwise remained unseen can be addressed to avoid future problems. In the case that a bank requires a Phase I or Phase II Environmental Site Assessment with a real estate transaction, Karl Environmental Group offers qualified and experienced personnel to provide those services to our clients. We will research the necessary environmental issues with the property, and provide full documentation with each report. Our environmental samples are always sent to accredited laboratories and results are provided with full chain-of-custody paperwork.
