Sludge Overall Solution
Sludge is generally a product of sewage treatment, and is an extremely complex heterogeneous body composed of organic residues, bacterial cells, inorganic particles, colloids and the like. The main characteristics of the sludge are high water content (up to 99% or more), high organic content, easy to rot and odor, and finer particles, smaller specific gravity, and a gelatinous liquid state. The sludge treated in the environmental protection project generally refers to the sedimentation material generated during the treatment of the sewage by the sewage treatment plant and the floating foam floating on the surface of the sewage. Its complex composition contains a large number of microorganisms, pathogens, heavy metals and organic pollutants. Because it contains a large amount of harmful substances, it will become secondary pollution of sewage treatment plants if not properly disposed.
China`s sewage is divided into two parts: industrial and urban life. According to China`s environmental statistics yearbook data, China`s industrial wastewater discharge has remained at around 21 billion tons/year from 2009 to 2014, and urban domestic sewage discharge has increased from 35.4 billion tons to 510. Billion tons. Conservative estimates, according to the annual discharge of industrial sewage discharge of 21 billion tons and urban domestic sewage discharge rate of 4%, the total sewage discharge in China will reach 85.5 billion tons in 2020. In 2014, the effective treatment rate of industrial sewage in China was 96%, the effective treatment rate of urban domestic sewage was 97%, the industrial sewage treatment volume in 2014 was 20 billion tons, and the urban domestic sewage treatment capacity was 49.5 billion tons. Assuming that the effective treatment rate of sewage remains unchanged, the industrial sewage treatment capacity in 2020 is 20 billion tons, and the urban domestic sewage treatment capacity is 62.6 billion tons.
Under normal circumstances, the sewage treatment plant can treat 10,000 tons of domestic sewage to produce 5-8 tons of sludge with a water content of 80%, and treat 10 million tons of industrial sewage to produce 10-30 tons of sludge. According to the calculation of 7 tons and 20 tons of unit output respectively, the amount of urban domestic sewage sludge produced in China in 2020 was 43.82 million tons, and the amount of industrial sludge produced was 40 million tons, totaling 83.82 million tons. Contrary to the continuous increasing trend of sludge production, the harmless chemical treatment rate of sludge in China is still low. A large number of sewage plants adopt direct dumping or simple landfill disposal methods to treat sludge. The data of E20 Research Institute shows that in 2015 all regions of the country are wet. The average sludge decontamination rate was 32%.
The data show that the current sludge treatment methods in China mainly include landfill, composting, natural drying, and incineration. The proportion of these four treatment methods is 65%, 15%, 6%, and 3%, respectively. It can be seen that China`s sludge treatment methods are still mainly landfill. In addition, China`s urban sewage treatment enterprises have insufficient disposal capacity and backward disposal methods. A large number of sludges have not been treated in a standardized way, directly causing “secondary pollution” and ecological environment. A serious threat.
Solution
Biono Environmental provides a total sludge solution. The sludge with a moisture content of 99% is dehydrated to 80%-90% by MDS stacking machine, KDS elliptical machine, mobile dewatering equipment, etc., and then dried and carbonized. The water content is reduced to 0, and sludge reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization are realized.
The national standard for hazardous waste disposal is 3,000 yuan - 8,000 yuan / ton, so the real reduction will greatly reduce the cost of disposal and disposal of solid waste, and the overall solution for sludge dewatering, drying and carbonization will achieve pollution. The mud reduction is over 90%.
