Passavant-Roediger GmbH is a German-Based Subsidiary of Drake & Scull International PJSC, which is a UAE based, public joint stock company.

Milestones & History

Roediger was founded 1842 as a tinsmith company in Hanau/Germany and started as one of the first with the drilling of filter wells, the construction of pumping stations as well as the installation of pressurized water systems and gas lighting networks.

Since the middle of the last century, new technologies and developments in the field of effluent and sludge treatment were developed and advanced by Roediger, who became well-established world wide with regard to municipal wastewater treatment, sludge digestion and vacuum drainage systems.

In 2009, 82% of Passavant-Roediger GmbH were acquired by the Drake & Scull International PJSC group
With effect on 1st January 2012, the remaining 18 % of shares in Passavant-Roediger GmbH were transferred to the Drake & Scull International PJSC group

Passavant-Roediger offers process engineering and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) engineering as well as construction and construction management, providing a design and build service for water, wastewater, sludge and waste treatment systems.

We operate globally, throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, including China, North Africa and many other overseas countries.

Having the necessary experience and the ability to be independent in the selection of the best process and equipment for each system allows us to provide clients with the most appropriate and cost-effective solution to meet their requirements.
