Small RNA Sequencing Services
For untargeted analysis of microRNAs and other small RNAs, next-generation sequencing (NGS) is the platform of choice, as it enables unbiased genome-wide characterization of small RNAs in biological matrices. At TAmiRNA we are fully dedicated to microRNA and small RNA NGS analysis. As we are working mainly with extracellular RNA in biomarker research, we have experience with low-input RNA samples such as microdissected tissue, various biofluids, extracellular vesicles (EVs, exosomes), and protein complexes. Our NGS services go hand-in-hand with our RT-qPCR services to further verify and validate NGS findings.
What we offer: our one-stop-shop service for microRNA, other non-coding RNA, and mRNA analysis includes RNA extraction, RT-qPCR, data analysis, and reporting of ready-to-publish results. We perform analytical assay validations according to regulatory recommendations.

Our experience: RT-qPCR analysis can be performed on cells, tissues, tissue compartments, extracellular vesicles (EVs) and exosomes, and biofluids from a long list of organisms, including human, non-human primates, mice, rats, pigs, cows, horses, dogs, Chinese hamster (CHO), as well as C. elegans and drosophila.
