The main Socio-economic study/ research areas of Rah Shahr Intl. are as follows:

Field of Activities:

• Prepare methodologies for different fields of studies such as: Space economy/ Spatial Planning ,Macro/Micro Economic studies, and Socio- economic Development
• Carry out Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility, Techno-economic, Infrastructural Development, Social and Economic Impact Assessment, Demographic Analysis, Socio- cultural Behaviors, and etc.
• Assisting RS`s different depts., Bureaus, affiliated companies to prepare MDP, producing scope of work, Comprehensive and Strategic Socio- economic studies.
• Communicating with the universities and socio-economic research institutes at national /regional/ international levels in order to create dynamic interactions between RS Group and these establishments.
• Supporting entire RS Group`s activities, study/research projects, and applying Value Engineering, Planning and Control on ongoing performances.
• Supporting RS data bank with socio economic data collection at national/ regional and international levels, and upgrading / updating its data processing.
• Forming and organizing socio-economic work groups, and study task force in case of contingent socio-economic studies.
• Advising clients and project owners in respect of Financial Engineering and Project Financing.
• Reviewing and monitoring socio- economic study aspects of the reports/documents being produced in RS Group.
• Participate in different phases of the implementation of the study projects joint meeting with the clients.
