EBS SOIL STABILIZER allows for a significantly increased tensile strength and load bearing capacity of the in-situ soil is achieved through the incorporation of our soil stabilizer, a technologically advanced co-polymer emulsified base stabilizer. The incorporation of  EBS stabilizer in the construction methodology of roads will provide a longer lasting base, sub-base, and wearing course, while decreasing rolling resistance and increasing ride performance.

The amount of EBS product required is subject to final confirmation of type of soil (moisture level, clay content, sub base, etc.), traffic volume, weight, haulage weight, and required compressive strength of the road design itself, as these factors determine the application rate.

In addition our unique deep compaction methods allow for compaction of in-situ soil over a meter deep thereby not requiring the contruction of individual layers.

EBS Maintenance Requirements

The sub base constructed will be permanent, while the maintenance requirement for the wearing course surface is only 30-50% of the original application rate of the topical surface seal after a 12-24 month period.  The amount required is dependent upon the volume and type of traffic and the overall care taken to keep the wearing course free from fugitive material.
