Solid Waste Resource Management

SHARE
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is commonly known as trash or garbage. Some examples of solid wastes are construction materials, plastic containers or cardboard packaging, paper products, obsolete equipment, or food scraps. Zero Waste Solutions helps its customers assess what their waste outputs are, identify what materials can be safely disposed of and how, and most importantly, offer strategies about how to reduce or reuse waste products. We contract with preferred vendors to remove solid wastes from your site and dispose of them based on all federal, state, or local regulations. The purpose of the Solid Waste Resource Management Program is to ensure that solid wastes are managed in a way that protects both public health and the environment. Of course the most cost-effective method of waste management is to reduce the amount of trash being generated, also known as "source reduction."
