Coarse Filter Screen - P/N E-IS-RPLC-005:
Material  Monel - OD  19MM
Description: For use with the filter cap assembly of the in-situ diluting sample probe. This screen has 19mm OD and is used with the newer style cap assembly.

Coarse Filter Screen - P/N E-IS-RPLC-003:
Material  Monel - OD  21MM
Description: For use with the filter cap assembly of the in-situ diluting sample probe. This screen has 21mm OD and is used with the older style cap assembly.

Circlips - P/N E-IS-RPLC-002:
Material  Stainless Steel 316
Description: For use with the older style filter cap assembly on the in-situ diluting sample probes, to retain the coarse filter screen in the front of filter cap.

Filter Cap Assembly - P/N E-IS-RPLC-014:
Material  Inconel - Includes  Front Cap, Coarse Screen & Filter Union
Description: For use with heated in-situ diluting sample probes. Note: This is the newer style (3-piece) filter cap assembly, has groove on front cap for Kalrez O-ring if sampler is heated.

Filter Cap Assembly - P/N E-IS-RPLC-015:
Material  Stainless Steel 316/316L - Includes  Circlip, Coarse Screen & Filter Cap
Description: For use with in-situ diluting sample probes. Note: This is the older style filter cap assembly, does not have O-ring groove, coarse screen is secured to front using a circlip.

O-ring - P/N GS-K118:
Material  Kalrez - Max. Temp.  575°F (300°C)
Description: For use with the in-situ dilution probes. For the Kalrez O-ring used in the Out-of-Stack diluting sample probe, use P/N: GS-K116.

Front Mantle - P/N E-IS-RPLC-007:
Material  Inconel
Description: For use with standard Stainless or Inconel in-situ diluting sample probes, or high temperature (Inconel) in-situ diluting sampler. This part is located between aspirator section and filter cap assembly, as housing for the critical orifice.

In-line Filter Assembly - P/N 5000.167:
Material  Stainless Steel - Micron Size  60µ
Description: For use with Dilution Air line of the in-situ (and out-of-stack) diluting sample probes. Complete with 60µ filter cartridge. End connections are both for 1/4" OD tubes.

Replacement Filter Cartridge - 5000.183:
Material  Stainless Steel - Micron Size  60µ
Description: Replacement cartridge for in-line filter, used with Dilution Air line of the in-situ (and out-of-stack) diluting sample probes.

Graphite Ferrules - P/N GS-GFER.25:

Description: For use with the standard glass critical orifice. Provides leak-tight seal between critical orifice and front of in-situ (and standard out-of-stack) diluting sample probes.

Pure Quartz Wool - P/N FM-QWOOL-2M-XXG:

Description: For fine-filter replacement in the glass critical orifice, or in Monel critical orifice pre-filter. Note: approximately .7 to 1g of quartz wool is used to for refilling the above noted parts. Replace "XX" in Part Number to specify quantity in grams (e.g., FM-QWOOL-2M-10G = 10 gram bag of quartz wool).

Nickel Anti-Seize Compound - P/N GRS-NAS-01C:
Temperature Rating  Up to 2400°F (1315°C) - Qty.  1/2 OZ.
Description: For use as lubricant that protects threaded parts from seizing and galling. Recommended for the threads of the stainless steel and Inconel Filter Cap Assemblies, Front Mantles, In-situ diluting sample probe tip, etc.
