Spare Parts Storehouse Service
The spare parts storehouse is lodged on a separate place, sized 1.000 m2 in total. When required, it operates on a 24-hour basis providing every spare part. The spare parts storehouse is situated on a specially constructed and formed place, modulated according to the contemporary standards for organising spare parts storehouses and consists of more than 2.500 spare parts and accessories codes.
RAM EUROPE admits that sales should be supported not only by the salesmen, but also by after sales technical support. Therefore, apart from organising the network of technical support for our clients, we also focus our attention on the full training of the machines operators. For this reason, we train all operators of every machine we sell because we believe that the correct operation contributes in the long life of the machines while minimizing accidents and defaults.
