Spatial Development

In our consultancy work we recognise that ultimately every spatial development has to be embedded in a given planning context. The rules for doing this are clear and are laid down under the Spatial Planning Act and prevailing legislation covering the sector concerned. We know the rules and are able to assess the opportunities and risks at every stage of developing an area. We do this by combining our knowledge of the rules with our specialised knowledge of noise, air quality, external safety, nature, water, soil, traffic, managed economy and so on. We provide an early insight into the risks and obstructions for the intended development.
