What :: ESR is an environmental and safety engineering consulting firm that specializes in helping clients with EPA and OSHA compliance. Located in the St. Louis area, specifically St. Peters, Missouri, we have been serving clients in throughout Missouri and Illinois for nearly 26 years.

Who :: ESR was founded by Paul Meiburger in 1986 as Meiburger Environmental Services, Inc. Paul started his consulting business as a one-man firm after serving for over five years with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. The firm name was changed to Environmental Resource Group in 1993 and recently renamed to ESR to more clearly reflect all of the safety/OSHA services we provide.

How :: The founding principles for ESR are rooted in integrity and service, both of which work to the benefit of each client. Our continuous goal is to make each of our clients more successful in achieving their management and environmental goals. This is accomplished by combining an increased level of environmental compliance with reducing the overall environmental costs. The combination of reduced costs and increased compliance is often believed to be contradictory; however, through specialization and experience, ESR is reducing overall costs, increasing total compliance, and providing a peace of mind to those who are responsible for environmental compliance and management issues at many facilities throughout the Midwest.
