Regional Spill Response Plans- PCCI develops and maintains regional and coastal spill response plans for tanker fleet and facility operators. PCCI performs spill response planning for major integrated oil companies involving tanker facilities and transshipment terminals.

Facility Spill Response Plans- PCCI develops oil and hazardous substance facility response plans to assure compliance with USCG, EPA, PHMSA, and state requirements. These plans, developed for complex facilities throughout the United States, fully comply with OPA-90 regulations and have been accepted by the cognizant regulatory organizations. PCCI helped innovate the "one plan" concept working closely with operators and federal agencies.

Pipeline and Rolling Stock Spill Response Plans- Under the Department of Transportation`s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), certain categories of pipelines and rolling stock require spill response plans. PCCI has developed and maintains comprehensive plans for transportation by pipeline, rail, and tanker trucks to meet PHMSA`s rigorous regulations.

Due Diligence Support- PCCI performs oil spill readiness evaluations of multi-million dollar oil and gas development projects for banks, lending institutions, and oil companies. Particular emphasis is focused on the review of spill contingency plans and response equipment capabilities against oil industry and international government standards. PCCI works directly with the lenders and oil companies to resolve deficiencies and ensure that loans are secured.
