Starpoint Software will provide a complimentary single user license of any software product to regulatory agencies at the request of a regulated entity only. Use of complimentary software is restricted to reviewing data supplied by the regulated entity only. For any other use, regulatory agencies must purchase all software at retail prices and are subject to the same licensing restrictions as all other customers.
