Submeter Service
With this service, we’ll monitor the submeters in your property. We track and analyze the water consumption for each apartment or unit, and alert you to any abnormalities.
How does our hardware work?
Our submeters are ultrasonic flow meters. They determine the velocity of water flowing through a pipe by using sound waves. After installation, the submeter tracks and records your water consumption in real-time and wirelessly connects to our cloud-based software. Already own digital submeters? No problem! We can easily connect them to our system.
How does our software work?
Our software automatically receives the submeter’s data, and immediately starts analyzing the information it collects. It provides you with regular reports and automatic leak alerts through our online portal, and shares consumption data and alerts with tenants through their household display and mobile app.

Our device and software measure and analyze your water consumption to minimize the risk of leaks and gain insight into your water use and systems. Our Customer Success Team is there to help every step of the way and ready to assist in coming up with the best water efficiency strategy for your organization.
