Houston Engineering is a full service engineering and consulting firm that first opened its doors in 1968, in Fargo, ND. Since that time, we have expanded our capabilities, our staff, and the geographic area that we serve. Houston Engineering is now comprised of 6 office locations throughout the Upper Midwest, with over 100 team members.

We offer a full range that covers water resources, environmental issues, water supply, municipal, transportation, surveying, land and site development, waste management, and GIS. As part of our growing business, Houston Engineering also provides web page development and information technology services.
