Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. (LSSE) provides surveying services for commercial, residential, industrial, development projects, municipal infrastructure, utilities and other unique projects located in Pennsylvania and the Tri-State region.
LSSE`s recent surveying experience includes:
- 833-acre industrial site in Findlay Township;
- 40+ miles of new water lines for a major regional utility;
- Approximately 300 miles of new sanitary and storm sewers (municipal / site);
- Property surveys for sites ranging from 0.5 to 833 acres and over 1,000 right-of-ways acquisitions for recent wastewater facility improvement projects;
- Control / baseline surveys for construction of the "first-of-its-kind" Braddock, Pennsylvania lock and dam on the Monongahela river; and
- 3,000 rights-of-way.

LSSE maintains state of the art surveying resources including the latest VRS equipment and software as well as conventional survey equipment necessary to quickly and efficiently prepare property and topographic surveys, exhibits and drawings for various project types including wastewater, water and related facilities; roadway design / rehabilitation; parking facilities; telecommunications; oil and gas utilities; stormwater management; flood protection; and site development.
