This service is accompanied by detailed recommendations for retrofits as well as required rehabilitation to meet current state or national standards.
Preload’s qualified engineers will assess the condition of your concrete tank and evaluate the following:
- The condition of interior and exterior walls and coatings
- The structural integrity of the concrete
- The condition of the roof
- Any signs of wear and corrosion of appurtenances
- The integrity of expansion joints, wall/floor and wall/roof connection.
- The condition of the tank floor
- The condition of all pipes, overflows, and baffle walls
After a thorough inspection, our observations are compiled into an Evaluation Report sealed by a registered engineer, including what requires the most immediate attention. This detailed analysis allows tank owners to maintain a safe, secure operation, and to better plan for anticipated maintenance in the years to come.
