We don`t disappear after successful commissioning of your plant; we stick around to see that everything continues to grow and thrive. Upon request we make sure that everything is permanently in order – by checking your system data on site, not just on a monitor. . Our service teams hit the road every day to look after the plants we oversee, carry out maintenance work, and assist with any issues.
Our employees work around the clock to ensure the technically-sound operation of your plants - either outdoors or in front of the monitors in our state-of-the-art control room. That way, we have our eye on your plant at all times and can detect technical abnormalities at an early stage. Often this enables us to avoid major damage. We also prevent the loss of yield by means of an ongoing check of all performance data.
Daily Plant Monitoring
We monitor your plant in our control room with excellent, technical equipment and detect and eliminate deviations and faults promptly.
Fault Management and Claims Settlement
We are immediately on hand with faults to minimise downtimes. In the event of damage, it is also our aim to keep operational interruptions to the absolute minimum. To do so, we take responsibility for all agreements with insurance companies and look after all documentation and settlement of the damage claim.
Adherence to Service Intervals
We provide regular maintenance and inspections to retain the value of your plants and prevent damage. Our own technicians carry out any necessary repairs.
Compliance with Dates/deadlines
We note the expiry of guarantees and undertake service and electrical inspections at regular intervals.

In close consultation with commercial operational management, we look after your feed-in management and settle your accounts.
Detailed Reporting

Daily plant monitoring
Using vendor-independent software, we store and analyse your system data and archive all the results on your behalf.
Fault management and claims settlement
To avoid losses of return, we act immediately when we detect faults and eliminate them with our partners. If damage occurs, we take over financial and organisational management including documentation.
Maintenance cycles, dates & deadlines
We think on your behalf about the expiry of guarantees, regular safety inspections, maintenance, oil changes as well as obligatory regular inspections. GP JOULE ensures that they are all performed promptly and supervises them.

Inspections undertaken by our own staff of experts
We have our own experts to monitor maintenance work by service providers, supervise repairs and undertake necessary consultancy work. We are also experts in rotor blade inspections and video endoscopy.
