Our support team is reachable by email, phone. Before sending product for repair please fill out “Client Repair and Inspection List” and send with product to speed up the process. Support questions: To submit a support request by e-mail, please log in to – the new, info-packed customer portal where you send your question directly to the support team and find other helpful information.
