Systems and materials can be tested in our laboratories. More than 110 years of experience in the field of electrical insulating materials makes Von Roll a first choice for insulation systems.

These systems as well as all the individual materials are fully tested according International Standards such as IEC and UL® in our own facilities. We have two main laboratories:
- HV laboratory in Breitenbach, CH: Specialized in thermal, mechanical and electrical testing of high-voltage materials and systems.
- UL® laboratory in Schenectady, USA: Specialized in all types of UL testing for low and medium voltage system, mostly according UL 1446
Both of our laboratories test Von Roll materials and systems for our own development and validation as well as a service for our customers.
