The patented EnviroTower - the Cooling Tower Water Treatment solution is designed around the ScaleBuster conditioning which precipitates the hardness (typically, Ca++ and Mg++ ions) in the cooling water, then removed from the water by a cyclonic separation process.
The EnviroTower solution can typically save 5-15% of cooling system OpEx (> 90% of chemicals cost, 5-15% energy, 10-40% water, > 80% maintenance, health and safety related costs as insurance) and extends life expectancy of the equipment (improving CapEx).
