Tier II Reporting Services

White Buffalo Environmental, Inc. offers the service of completing and filing the Tier Two reports each year for Oil and Gas facilities. Tier Two reporting is a requirement of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA). Tier Two reporting provides state and local officials and the public with specific information on certain chemicals that are present at facilities during the previous calendar year. The goal of Tier Two reporting is to protect the public and environment by providing current and accurate information about hazardous chemicals contained at facilities. The reporting deadline is usually March 1 each year. Different States will have their own filing forms, additional requirements and fees.
