DownStream Services, Inc.`s temporary Traffic Control solutions are designed by our in-house Traffic Control Specialist, in accordance with the latest Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and local agencies standards. Once the project`s location is established, our Traffic Control Specialist evaluates and designs a safe and effective plan to maintain proper traffic flow through the work zone. Using the combination of Google™ Earth and onsite reconnaissance, CAD drawings are drafted and layered with aerial maps showing accurate road layout and traffic control to be implemented.
