Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation
Frisch & Faust uses various rehabilitation processes for repair and renovation of rainwater, soiled water and mixed water pipeline systems, as well as for manholes. The work is accomplished by especially trained employees of our rehabilitation department, and is an extremely economic and rapid solution in comparison to conventional open cut tunneling. Particularly in the inner-city area, the trenchless pipe rehabilitation has unbeatable advantages, since it is implemented almost entirely without excavation work and thus without impairment of residents and road traffic.

Tube lining (cured-in-place)
- A glas fiber tube is used to rehabilitate defective sewer systems. Tube curing can be done by using steam or UV light, depending on diameter. In case of curing with steam, pipe systems can be renewed up to a length of 390 meters and a diameter of 150 mm to 1200 mm. UV light curing can be used with pipeline systems up to a length of 250 meters with a diameter of 150 mm - 1000 mm
Robot rehabilitation
- Robot Rehabilitation is particularly suitable for sectional repair or improvement work in rainwater, mixed water and sewage water conduits, with diameters from 150 mm to 600 mm.
Short-liner system
- The short-liner is outstandingly suitable for trenchless and point-precise repair of individual damaged spots in normal pressured round pipes. Nominal diameters of 100 mm to 600 mm can be repaired.
Shaft / manhole remediation
- Remediation for leaking, damaged or cracked shafts / manholes can be done by using mineral mortars, PEHD slabs, ceramic elements or glass fiber elements.
RAU-liner (close-fit process)
- For trenchless pipe rehabilitation of drain and sewer systems we offer a “close-fit liner“ (brand name is „RAU-liner“).. The load-bearing-related requirements on statics and working pressures will be restored.
Pipe relining (short and long pipe)
- Both processes are used in case of leaks, corrosion, cracks or breaks in of pipes. They can be used in almost all cross-sections, from diameter 100 mm and up to a length of 100 meters for short-pipe relining and up to 500 meters for long-pipe relining. PE-HP, GFK or vitrified clay are suitable as pipe materials, according to your requirements.
