TSS - Water Monitoring Services
TSS offers a wide range of services to monitor your water. Monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annual visits can be made and recorded in accordance with L8 Approved Code of Practice. Contracts can include the cleaning of cold water storage tanks, undertaking regular temperature monitoring and sampling for Legionella and other bacteria such as Coliform, Escherichia coli (E coli) and Pseudomonas.
Zetasafe system
TSS have introduced the Zetasafe system which electronically records temperatures via handheld device. Sentinel asset points are bar coded within your property and set up on the main server. Each month our engineers record these temperatures. This information is recorded in real-time and this highlights any variances. Our client is given internet access to view their recordings and be safe in the knowledge that their water services are being maintained in accordance with the approved code of practice.
Microbiological water sampling
Microbiological sampling is the effective way of determining the activity within your water systems. TSS Facilities carry out both legionella & potable sampling at UKAS Accredited Laboratories.
Training
We can offer training solutions which cater to your requirements, whether it is on a one to one basis or delivering to groups of staff. Site training can also be provided allowing nominated people to manage the log books.
