MBP has developed a very thorough and detailed understanding of handling materials with a Waste status (Waste Eural code). This includes legislation, documentation and applications. MBP offices and installations in Europe are certified for Waste handling according to the national and European requirements. Our employees are specifically trained in the necessary legislation aspects.
Over the years, we have organized ‘’simple’’ transactions within one country, as well as more complex international operations, without any known issues arising. A good example is the application of bio-based wastes into biogas in the Netherlands and Denmark. We collect wastes in several countries and, when applicable, we organize the international notification procedure.
